« clean room, we stayed where our meeting was so that was nice, helpful staff »

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« 734806 The only thing I didn't like was the shower had no bar to hold onto and felt very unsafe -it also didn't have a bench like most hotels we have stayed in....how could the designers forget that? »

« We only did an overnight stay. Everything was good. Room and property was clean. It’s literally right next to the mall with restaurants. I would have appreciated more options for hotel breakfast but it was good enough for complimentary breakfast. »
