« This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. »

« Perfect view from the deck, and yard enjoyable. Very clean inside. Towels,shampoo and other "amenities" provided. Beds comfortable. Possibly could have had brighter lights on the ceiling fan. The kitchen counter space was adequate and dining at the kitchen table was simply a nice experience. This place is a joy, both inside and out on the deck, and also the yard. Owner is communicative. « It was a great place! My daughters and I enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to places to eat! The only thing it is listed with a full bath and half bath, there was no half bath. That would have been nice to have with 4 women but we survived. We would stay there again!! »
