After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. „Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und praktisch und ansprechend ausgestattet. Sie liegt am Rande der Stadt Picton und hat daher keinen Durchgangsverkehr, ist also relativ ruhig gelegen und dennoch nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, so dass man diese auch zu Fuss erreichen kann. Das Einchecken funktioniert über einen Zugangscode an der Eingangstür der Unterkunft, den man per E-Mail am Tag der Anreise erhält und der ab 15 Uhr gilt.Dies hat gut geklappt.“

„There was construction going on in the building, and it was not easy to find the unit. At night, the area was extremely dark with no lights at all. We had to use a flashlight just to find the unit and watch our steps to avoid tripping. The pictures showed a beautiful mountain view and a newly renovated place. „Very nice and quiet area. Located minutes away from horseshoe valley resort. Very nice, clean, and easy to stay in. 20minutes to a grocery store. The complex has lots to do and also has lots to do close by. Would highly recommend! The hosts are very nice and always there if you have any questions. We will be back!“
