"We had a nice stay on both occasions. The staff was very kind and helpful. Ee went to Niagara for 2 days and could store our suitcase without any problems. Just ask for Endrious and he will take care of you. The rooms are spacious and clean. Only thing I didn‘t like was that whenever I went outside to grab something off of Doordash there was a Marihuana smell. That however is something that the Hotel has no control of. Surroundings are safe, there is a Loblaws right besides the Hotel and it‘s only a couple of minutes down to Eaton Centre. We‘ll be back!"

"Grundsätzlich war alles sauber. Das Personal super hilfsbereit. Technisch wäre mal wieder eine Revision angebracht da die Bedienung der Fenster etwas Fingerspitzengefühl erfordert und der Halter fürs Toilettenpapier neu an der Wand befestigt werden musste. Alles in Allem aber eine klare Empfehlung."
