« I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel. »

« The situation is really good, next to the major attractions in the city. The room ordered had to be with a sea view but in fact had only a lateral one, I request for a double bed and received a double single beds. There was no air conditioning , it was the major problem because the temperature was really warm with on top of that the fridge who provides extra heating in the room. When I asked the reception they told me that the stopped the air conditioning because it was autumn. In this case...
