Perfect location lots of amenities

We had a wonderful week long stay! The pools were perfect with lots of options. We spent hours in the lazy river!! The unit was clean and beautiful. Great location.

Great vacation

Loved our stay in The oasis unit 509 beautiful condo perfect for our family. Except for a few things, The refrigerator took two days to get cooled but was fine after that. The air conditioner was fine for a couple of days then it wouldn’t cool it was 74-75 degrees the maintenance guy came out the day before we left and fixed it but it was still 74 that night . The Washing machine must have been off balance it made terrible noises. Other than those things we definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year but a different unit.

Beautiful unit

This unit is just as gorgeous in person as it is in the photos and even more spacious than expected. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to make our own meals. Location on 5th floor was perfect to use the stairs or ride the elevator, along with parking just steps from the unit. Management was responsive to our call (on Easter) about a toilet that wasn't working properly and fixed it same day. Indoor pool was a lifesaver because we had some chilly weather and then the beaches were closed for swimming multiple days due to unsafe surf and rip tides. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Condo cleanliness upon arrival only downfall

I will start by saying we 100% would stay there again. Everything minus cleanliness of condo upon arrival was perfect. It felt like nothing was clean prior to us arriving though. Spare sheets amd blankets were wadded in balls in closets and pull out couch had food and stains on its sheet. Minus those it was a great condo and fantastic customer service.

Great property - only a few negative things to say about it though

Great property overall! The only negative things I can say is sometimes there were long wait times for the elevators because there are a lot of units at this property and it was peak vacation season. Also evidently the cleaners had turned up the temperature in the refrigerator when cleaning it and failed to turn it back down before our arrival. Once we checked in, we went straight to the grocery store to stock up food for the week. We came back with a cart full of refrigerated items only to find our refrigerator inside was VERY WARM! We scrambled to put these items on ice until the refrigerator got cool (12 hours later)! WIFI signal and cell phone reception is poor unless you are outside on the balcony. Other than these items, we were very happy with our spacious accommodations and enjoyed our week long stay in unit 509.

Relaxing Stay

The condo was both spacious and extremely clean. Those are two things I look for in a condo. Wonderful view of the ocean. Nothing bad to say!!!! Loved it and highly recommend 509!

Great Location

We had no issues with the property, it was exactly as I expected it and the parking/elevators gave my family zero issues. Our Condo was clean and accommodating for 7 adults, with two being elderly and one needing a walker to get around. If you want to watch your kids in the pool you have a clear view from the balcony if everyone can't go down and my father who can't walk on the beach really felt like he had a beach vacation because being on the 5th floor really makes you feel up close to all the fun in the sun.

Family time!

We love staying at Phoenix West II Condos. We always rent a 3 bed 4 bath and it’s perfect for our family. Everyone has private space plus large open area for everyone to gather.

Family Friendly

Plenty of room for 10 people. Clean. Great view. Beach is just as hop, skip and a jump. Parking on same floor as the condo. Close to grocery store and the Dairy Queen😁. My family had a blast!

Our stay at Phoenix West 2.

Loved the condo! It was absolutely beautiful! And spotless! The front desk clerk was not very friendly at check in. Her response to questions was “you didn’t rent from us. Refer to your rental contract .” No tv or WiFi. Cell phones didn’t work. Reported this to the desk and they kept telling us that they would send someone up and never did. By the time we figured out the process for reporting it, it was our last day there. Julia at VRBO was very helpful.

Quick Mardi Gras trip

Property was very nice and took care of our needs. It was wonderful being able to park so close to our room. The room was very clean and spacious. The only complaints I have is that some of the outlets were not working, the WiFi internet was incredibly spotty and unusable at times, and the noise level from the surrounding units was high. It was not very crowded due to the weather, but you could hear EVERYTHING around you. Overall, I would suggest this property if they could find some remedies for the minor issues. We had a great time!
