The condo itself was really nice, but the property itself, and customer service at Brett Robinson can do a lot better. For one, the check-in process was TERRIBLE. We could not check in at 4 pm because the unit was not ready. Iâve been traveling for 30 years, Iâve never had a lodging space not ready at 4. In addition, there is no one available at the front desk after 5 pm and security was non responsive. The fact that we had very little, to no, WiFi or phone signal, this made check-in a nightmare. Finally, customer service gave me the wrong information about locating our unit. So finding our unit was a cluster . . . Therefore the main issue with the property would be property management and customer service, but the actual unit itself was pretty nice.
