I would have rated this a 5 -- the unit was clean, huge, etc. But we flew down, which meant packing was tight. The unit was lacking in all sorts of small amenities -- simple things like any beach gear, outdoor or pool towels, a cooler -- things I've come to expect at beach-front VRBOs. Is salt-pepper to much to ask? The place was designed for at least 10 guests, but there were only 6-8 bath towels. The temperatures were cool, and a simple ask of a throw blanket for use on patio was met with a "we do not provide." Speaking of patio, it was also accessorized by a frat house -- 8 adirondack chairs better suited for a campfire than a patio on 14th floor. I get it, the management co wants to keep things spartan for easier managing. But that's why they get a 4 and not a 5. Unit was a 5, the management of guest comfort was a 1 or 2.
