The condo was perfect. The company that I rented from Liquid Life was terrible. We will not rent from this company ever again if they operate any condo. Everything they promised did not happen. Example: they had told that us we could check-in at 2 if the condo was ready. We got there at 2:15. Go to the condo to see if it was ready. It was. The code wouldn’t work. I called to see if we can get in. They told us that we couldn’t get in until 4 but they would let me know when we could get in. I get a message from them at 4:16 that it was ready!! We also ask it we could have a 11:00 check out instead of 10. They told us they would give us until 12 but they would have to charge us for it. ( there was no one checking in either after us either). They are not what I call accommodating

Family Vacation

We had a great time. Plenty of room for 10 of us. 5 kids and 5 adults. We have always loved staying at the Phoenix Properties and this was no exception. My 7-year-old nephew told me "I think we need to buy this place." So, I think that means he was having a great time and loved the condo!

Great for a family vacation

We had a great stay. The condo was nice and condominium as a whole is a great place to stay, especially with kids. The only negative was that the master bedrooms floor had been pulled up and under construction. The new flooring laying behind the dinning room table. Wasn’t a huge issue for us, wish we would have gotten a heads up but other than that, it really was a great place to stay.

The place was perfect for a big group or family! Tons of space for everyone and lots of storage. The lazy river was everything! Easy access to the pool. We had an issue the first night and they quickly corrected it once I informed them. I would stay here again! The property was very clean as well which is very important!

Perfect!!!! Will be coming back!

Phoenix can get expensive, but it’s worth it!!! No one got the short end of the stick with bedrooms, as they were all perfect!!! 4 bathrooms was really nice. It was clean!!! I did put 4 stars for accuracy of the listing because the floor wasn’t put down in the master bedroom and was stacked in the living room, but it was fine. We did have to check and make sure nothing was on the floor that would hurt. Perfect space for babies!!! We even brought our 9 month old’s play pen! And had plenty of space!!! Great security. And the lazy river is so nice. Will be coming back!!!

Awesome Vacation

Everyone in our family had a great time! We had 4 adult and 3 young children. There was plenty of space in the unit so you didn't feel like you were on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped and everybody loved the ice maker! Loved watching the dolphins play from our balcony, the view was beautiful. Everybody loved the lazy river and the kids loved the slide. Thanks for a great vacation!

A little disappointed

Nice spacious condo with great views… however 1) Took an hour after check-in time of 4pm to access condo due to the cleaner still being there.. I had $240 of groceries I’d just bought including dairy and frozen items, all of our luggage and 8 of us including 2 children waiting in the hallway to get in. 2) was NEVER told the primary bedroom flooring was removed and only had exposed concrete, the new flooring was stacked in the dining room floor and I had to move and re-stack it so my family could eat at the table all at one time. 3) dresser in guest room had knobs broken off 4) outdoor furniture was rusted, paint peeling off the table and horrible cushions on the chairs. 5) tv in guest room had wires hanging down dangerously and we had trouble getting it to turn on and stay connected to WiFi. The resort itself was great, nice security guards and we loved the lazy river and pool. The waterside was shut down all but 2 days of our stay due to peeling paint and having to be fixed. I just feel that for what this unit cost to rent, it is subpar.

Annual Beach Getaway

I felt that the property was very spacious. It had outstanding views with lots of amenities for the adults and kids alike. We did have some difficulty with the A/C keeping the unit cool and our ice maker did not work but, the overall experience was very nice and relaxing.

Wonderful Condo

I can not say enough about our stay. The owners were in constant communication with me. Maintenance was sent out immediately (on a Sunday night) about a freezer issue and it was fixed. The condo was fully stocked, roomy, beautiful and just as pictured. I will definitely be back.

We loved the condominium property. The lazy River and pools were a great amenity as we had a one year old with us. Access to the beach was great too! When we walked into our unit we discovered blood spots in several places. We assumed the cleaner must have injured themselves and left smudges throughout. The one year old is crawling so we quickly discovered that the floors were dirty. He had black all over his little knees and tops of his feet. We immediately called Liquid Life and while the blood was taken care of the dirty floor was not. I had to mop the entire condo. It was also soon discovered that the dishwasher was ineffective. We kept pulling out visibly dirty dishes from the cupboards. Upon running the dishwasher twice we found out it wasn’t in working order. I had to wash every dish we used prior to using it and then all week long I had to hand wash everything. Liquid Life sent someone to look at it and they said it needed servicing but that didn’t happen while we were there. We are sure the owners were unaware of all of this and we thought the unit itself was great…just not impressed with the company that was managing it.

Dirty unit, unacceptable resolution

Phoenix West (1)Prior to arrival: received text that dishwasher would be replaced the Monday after our Saturday arrival. This would have been fine BUT, Monday came & went with no update as did each subsequent day of our vacation. We were unable to use the dw as we didn’t know what was wrong. (2)It took 2.5 hours after we arrived to get into our unit. This after I asked at 30-45min increments how much longer? And they responded they were just finishing up. (3) Upon entering unit my guest had to sweep up all the sand in the master suite. (4) Pubic hair! On the ceiling of the 2nd master suite shower! (5) Main master shower door broken. (6)No towel bars or hangers in the two master suites. (7) 2nd master tub did not drain while showering (8) Rusty patio furniture (9) Lazy river was in need of repair as there were gaps in between the lazy river coping. (10) And, lastly, management tried to make it right be offering us $100 off our next stay.

Great room but…

With a family of 8 - adults and young kids, the condo was great with all the amenities and our room was very spacious for all of us! On the downside, having 29 floors of very large rooms and only 4 elevators, we waited at least 10mins every time we needed to go up or down. The floors in our room were nasty. Everyone’s feet would be black after walking around for a bit. The water pressure in all the bathrooms and kitchen wasn’t great. The wifi was pretty bad too. We couldn’t get anything to load. Ultimately, we had a great time and we all needed the vacation!
