Great location and great staff, especially security. Furniture could have been more comfortable in the living room, 4 of us couldn't really enjoy just watching tv on the cold nights.

Beautiful condo and location. Very tastefully decorated and maintained. Beautiful wrap around balcony for enjoying the view. Only complaint was there were not enough towels for all guest listed. Great beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and very cozy. It was equity with everything we needed to cook meals. The host was very responsive when we had a drainage issue and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous Place to Stay

This is the second year that we have stayed in this condo. The owners are wonderful. Although we deal primarily with the management company, the owners have always been willing to help. We truly hope to continue the tradition of staying at such a beautiful place.

Great Condo!

Perfect location! Condo. was small enough that the beach and pool were never over crowded. Never had to wait long for the elevators. The only issue we had was the property was listed as having 2 King beds and one of them was a queen, not a king. Will definitely book again!

This property was very outdated and needs several repairs. The refrigerator is rusted, couch was propped up on a 2x4, curtains and animal urine on them, blinds were broken so we put a pillow in the window for privacy

Always a good time in OB. This is a convenient location, was very quiet, and the beach is gorgeous. Great balcony and view, and the kitchen was adequately supplied. The dishwasher needs replacing as it didn't clean the dishes and had a very foul odor. Had a problem with the television, and no directions for streaming (no cable hookup). Living room furniture is a bit uncomfortable. This complex is showing its age.

Great Balcony

The balcony on this condo was awesome! It was spacious and had enough seating for all 11 guests and the view is breathtaking. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The only drawback is the parking. It would be nice to have the option to order 2 parking passes ahead of time so they would already be in the condo instead of having to drive to another location to purchase the second one. Also, it would have been nice to know about the overflow parking options ahead of time. A condo that sleeps 11 is going to have more than 2 vehicles for sure. Overall this is a 5 star property for sure! We would definitely consider staying again!

Nice beach and location but harassed my management

Location is great! Condo was nice! Orange beach as a whole was nice. But unless you are wanting to check into the geriatric ward or a prison where you are to be on lock down after 10 don’t go to White Caps. We were harassed repeatedly by management with messages about how we weren’t following the rules. We were not a rowdy group what so ever so unless you plan on being in bed by 9 don’t stay here. Our kids were sitting in the pool chairs after 10 with us right on the board walk and we’re ran off by White Caps “mall cop”. It could have been a great place if like I said you are an 80 year old. Do not recommend!

Bunk beds were not assembled correctly it was a hazard to use them call 2 time the they of the arrival and 3 times next day and fixed 1st day not used them at all have to sleep on the floor. Sheets were dirty on same room. The shower curtain it had a bad smell and it had mold. The dishwasher needs a good cleaning on the inside it also has mold. The washing machine it makes a terrible sound. I’m so sorry but this was the worst time we experienced a rental from your company. Very disappointing

Will not stay there again!

Condo is smaller than what appears in the pictures. The pull out bed below the bunk beds is very difficult to get pulled out. Ended up leaving it out the whole week. No blankets, bring your own. Home owners at the condo are not friendly and don’t like the guest being there. Received a text from the property managers stating a 1st warning the someone was observed smoking on the balcony…none of us smoke! Then received a violation of the HO rules but didn’t say what we were in violation of! My adult daughter was told by a home owner not to put her feet on the steps In the pool with out first washing them off because sand gets in the pool and stops the filter up. She had on sandals was not on the beach to get any sand in them. I felt like we were being harassed by the home owners . When I called the property managers and explained what was going on, they said they would contact me the next morning and follow up on my concerns. They never did. We will not return this condo again, nor would I recommend anyone staying there.

Overall, a beautiful place

The code we received did not allow us access to the unit. The after hours service was less than helpful. If it wasn't for the Security Officer, AJ, we probably would have had to find a hotel on the first night. AJ was extremely helpful. The next day, the management company was very helpful in getting us a code that worked. We also had security come to our door telling us that there was a complaint that we were smoking on our balcony. NONE of us smoke or have ever smoked! My in-laws would sit on the balcony throughout the day, but are not smokers. It really upset my in-laws. The laundry closet door was also not working correctly so it was not easy to open and close, it just needed adjusting but of course it required tools. There was also a missing TV remote in the master bedroom. We were able to use one of the other remotes. Other than that, the condo was beautiful. We enjoy the wrap around balcony which was the selling point for us.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Words can’t describe how beautiful this condo is. The wrap around balcony was our family favorite. The beds are comfortable, the decor is beautiful and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. My family really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to many more vacations at this location.

Amazing Condo

This condo was exactly as listed, everything about it was amazing! It was super clean with a fully stocked kitchen and TVs in every room. Every room had doors that opened up to the balcony and ocean views. We had 9 people who stayed in the condo and there was plenty of room. We loved our stay!
