This space was beautiful with an amazing view. Not only was our room very clean but the whole facility (lobby, pool areas, surrounding grounds, and other common spaces) was well taken care of. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and all that you needed to cook. We had the option of a Keurig or standard coffee pot. The kids really enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The location of the Phoenix Orange Beach was great. We had multiple grocery stores, restaurants, souvenir shops, pharmacy all in walking distance. The only issue we had was getting our parking pass (actual ticket for car dash) and wrist bands. We paid for parking prior to coming into town but we got arrived after 5 so no one was there to check is in. The next morning we were in the lobby looking around and ran into an employee (maintenance maybe) at the elevator and he asked if we arrived late. He knew this because apparently wrist bands are required to use the pool, boardwalk, etc. We had no idea that a wrist band was needed for the property. There was nothing in any of the communication about this and I think that it should be added. Had the employee not said anything to us I'm sure we would have been questioned when using the facilities. We would stay here again and would also recommend this location to others looking to stay in Orange Beach.
