Important Notice: Scheduled Maintenance and Amenity Closure

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club will undergo scheduled plumbing maintenance during the week of November 16, 2026. A property-wide water outage is expected on either November 17 or 18, with the exact date to be confirmed.

BIG POOL CLOSURE: The big pool will be CLOSED for the time of November 11-20 so the pool can be drained and all cracks repaired. The LITTLE POOL and INDOOR POOL will both be OPEN during this time!

Whether you're looking for fresh seafood, boutique shops, or family-friendly attractions, this location is ideal for exploring the best of Orange Beach.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Not available.

PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY (RELAXED): Cancel at least 14 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 7 to 13 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 7 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
