Whether renting or buying, you wonât find a restful stay or good value here. The place is adjacent to a good restaurant that is an awful neighbor. Our stay included 4am and 5am leaf blowing on the regular, plus a 4am tanker fuel truck delivery, and then the typical beep-beep-beep of food trucks backing up to a loading dock at 5:45am. The floor to ceiling windows and balconies overlook a busy parking lot with little privacy and only peek-a-boo ocean views. There are no quiet morning coffees or evening wine sipping with ocean vistas to be had here. The âcovered car parkingâ is too narrow to fit an SUV while allowing for passenger egress. Although beach chairs are shown in the photos, they are not provided so plan on bringing your own. Itâs 45 a day for 2 chairs and umbrella which may not be there by 9am. The master bedroom closet is now an owners closet (as is the pantry), so you get to use a rolling rack in the bathroom! The second king bedroom barely fits the bed itâs so tiny. Furniture is soiled, smelly, and worn in living room. Main level powder room is IN the kitchen! Bring your own everything, from salt to coffee filters to hand soap. But the dwelling does come with sand paper soft towels, mosquitos inside, and hundreds of centipedes.
