Superbe unité de 3 chambres et 4 salles de bains sur le golfe dans le dernier développement le long de la côte du golfe de l'Alabama. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision à écran plat de 56 pouces et d'une salle de bain privée, y compris une baignoire jacuzzi et une grande douche à l'italienne avec deux pommes de douche. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits queen avec une salle de bain privée. La troisième chambre dispose de deux lits doubles et d'une salle de bain privée. Les deux chambres disposent également d'une grande télévision à écran plat. Cette unité est située au 30e étage et mesure environ 1 958 pieds carrés.

La propriété dispose d'un accès Internet sans fil, d'une télévision à écran plat de 70 pouces dans le salon et d'un canapé-lit, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit et un bar avec machine à glaçons. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur hors de la quatrième salle de bain qui a également une douche à l'italienne.

Le condo Phoenix West II offre des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe et des équipements fabuleux. Excellent Condo

This was a great condo for the 11 of us. Loved being so close to the beach and the amazing views. The amenities this condo offers were great. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we checked it, but it was quickly addressed and we were delivered a new one just two days after we called. As some of the other reviews have stated, the elevator situation wasn't the best on Saturday at check-in, but we didn't have any trouble after that first day. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Beautiful views

We loved the condo. The views are spectacular. We rented during peak season. There are not enough elevators to accommodate the building and long lines to get on at the lower floors. Also, with that many guests, cell service is terrible even with wifi. I would definitely return, but not during peak season.

Great Condo!

This condo is clean, well stocked and convenient to the beach. The only negative comment I have to make is that the elevator situation at this property below acceptable. It can take hours to get up and down from the 30th floor. This issue needs to be addressed by the property because it can ruin a vacation.

Condo was extremely nice. There was a lot of burnt out light bulbs that we had to replace, but I'm sure the owner would have done had we contacted them. Plenty of room and well decorated. The location itself had a few downfalls. There are only about 8 elevators to service 32 floors and the wait time can be 30 minutes plus on check in check out days and when it starts raining. The beach service that you have the option for paying for does not have beach front access so people are allowed to set up tents in front of you blocking the beach view.

Everything was great and had all the amenities, however, it would be nice to know that the air conditioning shouldn’t be turned below 70 degrees and it doesn’t cool fully unless the condo next door has their AC turned down. Serviceman had to come twice before it worked properly. One of the dining room chairs was broken upon arrival. One of the sheets had blood and bubble gum on it upon arrival. Dish network didn’t work in bedroom TV’s. Maybe have different color bands for the 21 and over pool area. My 23 year old daughter and friends were asked 5 times in one day with the same bartender to see their ID. All bedroom fans were unadjustable and stuck in one setting.

Great stay! Perfect location & very clean. Was missing a lot of supplies, so bring EVERYTHING as far as toiletries and kitchen tools, but overall great stay.

Fun place to stay

Check in was so easy . Room was ready hours before check in time . Fun place to stay on the beach with slides and pool lazy river . Also indoor pool with hot tubs. Only complaint , dryer in room took a long time to dry towels and at night lazy river had some trash floating around. Snack bags, ziplocks, bandaids.

Terrible condo, no customer service from the lister

Condo was way too small, condo complex was over crowded with people. Maintenance came out for 5 beds being broken. 4 of the 5 needed new head boards, owners did nothing! Left a day early we were so disappointed, listing agent would not discount the rate after kids had to sleep on air mattress that I had to go buy because beds were broken. I will never ever lease again from VRBO or Liquid Life. Biggest waste of money for the week.

Also, we had to pay for 2 parking passes on top of what we had already paid for the condo. They only allowed 2 parking passes, but we had 3 vehicles. When you stay in a condo that allows up to 15 people, you would think they’d allow more than 2 parking passes.

The dishwasher didn't clean or dry very well, probably needs repair. The master bedroom mattress was extremely soft. Overall a very nice place. I would pay special attention to the floor you are on, I wasn't prepared for how high we were, however, the view was amazing and kept the beach noise to a minimum. Any question I had was responded to very quickly.
