Amazing Retreat!

This property was the perfect fit for our company retreat- the layout was well accommodating, there was plenty of seating for presentations, and we were right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and the washer/dryer on each floor was super helpful. Highly recommend for a big group!

Very nice

Had a wonderful family reunion time in this place. Served us well. Very nice, spacious and functional place. Basic supplies for starters were available but not much more. Would be helpful if items like spices were available, even if previous guests would leave them behind for the next guests to use. The elevator could have used a cleaning. We would sure stay here again.

great for family vacation

Our family consists of 5 families with 18 people ranging from age 3 to 83 . While we didn't really need all 12 bedrooms, we made use of all of them. The house is in a great location and well equipped. The elevator came in very handy for our elderly family members. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a large group.

Awesome beach house!

The house and community were amazing! The community pool was great for the little ones. Communication with the property management was easy and they were very quick in responding. Overall we had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful for large family gathering!

Our family of 21 (ages 7 to 77) truly enjoyed this home for the week! Clean and as advertised! Check in/out a breeze! Mngmt Co responsive to minor issues quickly. There was plenty of space for all of us and we really enjoyed the main floor, large kitchen for prepping/feeding all of us easily, long kitchen table for eating/games/puzzles, and outdoor covered patio space that was very comfortable and utilized sun up to sundown by someone in the crew! The medium sized pool on the patio was great for kiddos, as well as the gathering spots on upper floors allowed space for smaller gatherings. This section of beach was moderately crowded (there are the houses set right behind in the Cottages at Romar). And the similar houses are set very close by on one side (can hear each other pretty well). We have stayed at other beachfront houses that were more secluded (with no homes directly behind or withing 10 ft of them), but there was no trouble finding space to put up shade for our large crew during our week. You do have to rent or bring your own chairs & umbrellas to be right at the shoreline (taller canopies and sunshades had to be set far back off the shoreline which was initially mildly annoying, but we got over it...this was our first stay at Orange Beach and that is the rule there). There was a beach volleyball net a few houses down that made for several nights of fun predinner volleyball games! We did not use the community pool, but there were lots of families there with little ones. We will for sure consider staying here again as it accommodated our very large extended family with comfortable spaces for all, quality beds for sleeping well, and a large kitchen that made meal prepping easy! Also really appreciated having multiple fridges and ice makers! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us so we could make some wonderful family memories!

Searched for 25 years for this house!

Our family (my parents, three sisters, all our kids and now our kids' kids) started our annual beach vacations in 1997 when there were 14 of us. Now, there are 27 of us! We have searched for a house that housed all of us comfortably, was clean, had a great outdoor space (pool and on the beach) and comfy beds! This is it!!!! We all said we'd finally found it. There were a few minor things wrong (broken door knob, a couple of bedside lamps that didn't work, and a leaky sink) and they were there in a flash to fix! I really only texted them about it so they wouldn't think we did it!! I wasn't expecting them to be fixed. Also, the air conditioner went out and it was fixed in a matter of a couple hours - nobody suffered a night without it - kudos to management and the air conditioning company! The staff was extremely attentive, even bringing frozen strawberries for our Daiquiris when I jokingly texted that's all we needed at the time! We've already booked for next year! Positives - great view of the Gulf while sipping morning coffee or our afternoon drinks; a short walk to the seashore, great pool furniture and comfy beds! Only semi-complaints were about some of the very hard pillows, so you might want to bring your own! Overall - great property and wonderful property managers!

Spectacular family vacation.

Beautiful beachfront home that easily accommodated our family of 26, 14 of which were children. The days on the white sand beach were lovely, and when the babies were napping, we enjoyed the pool at the house. Great restaurants, and the we only started to explore Gulf shores State Park. Plenty to do in this wonderful spot. Thanks for the wonderful memories!

This house was amazing, and worked perfectly for our needs! It's huge and in great shape! We did lots of cooking out of the amazing kitchen and really enjoyed the pool! Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Spring Break 2022

Great location, size of house, and pool was great temperature when heated. More than enough room for us to all spread out and enjoy. Plenty of seating in main living/dining area. A couple of things needed fixing (loose doorknobs, sink disposal, coffee pot having to be unplugged to turn off), but I expect that when you have quick turnover during busy times...nothing major we couldn't work around.

50th Wedding Anniversary

23 of us ranging from one year to those of us celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, stayed in this home for a week. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the with all of the dishes and cookware that we needed. The home is incredibly beautiful and spacious. It was so nice for each family to be able to have their own area their own living room and some quiet space. The home is decorated in a coastal charm, beds were very comfortable.The deck with the pool is where we lived for the whole week. The view is incredible, and the beach found a lot of our young people fishing daily and catching!. We loved having the wine coolers and ice makers on every floor, and the washers and dryers never stopped running! The biggest negative was the door on the oven does not close tightly, so it was hard to keep the large oven with lots of food cooking evenly. The large cooktop was wonderful. Another downside was that the large refrigerator at the bottom floor by the elevator never worked. We were fortunate that we didn't need it. The two refrigerators upstairs are very spacious but both freezer drawers were very difficult to get open. This was a wonderful home and we would love to come back again someday.

Family Vacation

This home was perfect. We loved having a private pool with plenty of chairs and tables outside, and being right on the beach. And we also loved having our own private bathrooms. Annual SB Trip and lots of fun

We loved being in Orange Beach and the location of this house is perfect. The house has tons of room and the extra living rooms were a great space for the kids to hang out in. The pool right on the deck was great for the kids to swim and parents to hangout. The owners of this house were great to work with and Myers was very responsive when we had an issue. Highly recommend this property for large groups who want personal space and to be right on the beach.
