« Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive...

« I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. There were few outlets in the room (and the USB chargers in the lamps were not working). The shower liner had spots of black mold on it. Lastly, the dead bolt...

« This place was so cool. The host(s) could not of been more accommodating. The pet friendly beach is an easy (5) minute walk away. One of us is a very light sleeper so the master br a/c unit noise was a minor issue. »

« Great spot, place had everything including a beach vibe, owner responses were quick and helpful. Only issue is the pull out couch could be updated with a new mattress. Would definitely come back »

« I had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The location was unbeatable—just a short stroll to the beach and close to great restaurants, making it super convenient for both relaxation and dining out. The house itself was well appointed, spotless, quiet, good A/C, great TV apps and has nice outdoor space. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located getaway. »

« Our only suggestion would be to change the tv bracket so that the tv will descend should cardio fit up in bed and lie down to watch. Need a different foot stopper in bathroom as door lock hits wall and is damaging wallad nagging wall »

« Great accommodations for two couples! Quick response from owners. Lovely view of the golf course, ponds, and sunsets from the lanai. Enjoyed our stay! »

« This apartment down by the river and within walking distance to restaurants was perfect for my visit. It was clean and comfortable and the property manager was very helpful. »

« The hosts were very accommodating. We’re always there. They answered the phone quickly and offered us more than we asked for. I would recommend doing business with them and I would have stayed if I didn’t get my own place. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s warm, friendly, and the neighborhood is cozy. Even the neighbors waved to you constantly and although I worked the majority of my stay, this is a place where I felt safe and welcomed day one to the end. »

« Great fully remodeled unit with a great view of a small pond with turtles. Lots of activities to do within the property. »

« Property was perfect size for 2 people. Enjoyed seeing the small wild life. Close to beach and hot tub was great. Just needed sand cleaned out bottom of hot tub but still enjoyed it under the stars. I would book it again. »
