We came to the house to check in beer cans and trash in the yard and in the streets. We got in the house they haven’t done updates to the house. Lots of marks on the wall, wall paper falling off the wall, lots small holes in walls, bedding lots of stains on the mattresses covers, shades to the slider door falling off and tape all over to fix them. Out of 2 fridges one ice machines was working. Shower curtain liners were full soap scum. The rugs needed massive cleaning stains everywhere. Game room was not what it was advertised. Games were so worn that you couldn’t play. Living room can not fit 28 people need more seating. The outside table had a lot of rust and paint coming off we had go out and buy a table cloth for the table. Parking sucks if you have a lot of cars because the HOA hires a tow company to watch and pick out renters to tow. They tow the minute you leave the car if its parked in a spot for a minute. If it’s a rental they jack up the price for you to beg for your car back. The Tow company and HOA are in business together. Home owners that live there are allowed to break the rules. Renters are targeted. This house needs updating. Very disappointing not as sold
