Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. « Staff were great!!! Room was clean. My problem was they need to be clear on some things. Breakfast included and shuttle service. When I book the room they said shuttle provided but didn't say it was 25 dollars per person!!!! »

« All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility. »

« Absolutely would not recommend this property. The pictures online show an outdoor and indoor pool area. The outdoor pool was not functional and large empty pool when you pull in. The security was my biggest concern. After checking in, I was told to enter through the back of building as that was closest to my assigned room. « I get quiet and comfortable sleep and open parking near my room. Only amenity I get is a coffee maker. There is a microwave in the front desk for public use. Breakfast is offered at 0700 but I needed to be at work by 0630 so I can't comment. Staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly. Overall, it's good for business stay. »

« The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through...
