„The property was reviewed by some others as a nice condo but in a “sketchy” area. I found the exact opposite to be the case. The area is beautiful and convenient to downtown and all areas in Austin. The condo was extremely dated and beat up. Layers upon layers of old paint, cabinets that don’t close, worn tiles, soiled furniture.
