« This is an amazing place to vacation! We give it 5 stars! Here’s the pros and cons:Pros:- Beautiful view of the mountains- Hot tub on the deck with a mountain view- Central AC!- Dog friendly!- Very, very clean!- Full kitchen- Laundry soap, dish soap, bathroom/shower soaps and towels provided (it was sooo nice to have laundry on site)Cons (but would not keep us from booking again):- No campfire area :( - No yard space for dogs- Up a very steep and windy road, but needed to get that Mountain...

« The apartment was exactly as advertised: clean and in a very vibrant, walkable downtown location. The check in process was slightly confusing for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time in cities, but I was able to figure it out. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Knoxville. »

« Was very underwhelmed, pictures on the listing were perfect but that was far from what the stay started off as. When checked in and first viewing the listing the home had not been cleaned. I immediately reached out to the host who said “it was a scheduling misunderstanding”, I can say the were quick to get someone out the clean, there were bugs which we don’t know where they were coming from. There was mold in the AC which we asked the host to make sure the cleaners attended to but that request...

« Everything about this apartment is the best… from the location to the comfortable bed. The perfect size apartment with everything you could possibly want. I will be using this every July and February when I come! This couldn’t be more perfect! Thank you for allowing me to stay! Ps the record player was chefs kiss!!! »

« I stayed for an event at the Convention Center, which was a short walk away. Plenty of free parking on the street just outside. Host was very courteous and helpful. The place was great! Clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again. »

« Great location for UT campus. Cute and cozy apartment. Wonderful communication from owner. Will definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the upstairs unit controls the AC so it can get cold downstairs (pack accordingly) but there are individual units in the bedrooms »

« In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street. »
