Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms with a king and two queen beds, along with two full bathrooms to keep mornings easy.



Outside, enjoy a private backyard with seating for coffee or evening hangs. Whether you’re visiting Kansas City or just getting away, this home is built for easy, memorable stays.



Guest Access:

Access to surrounding areas such as Lenexa, Olathe, Mission, Shawnee, Shawnee Mission and downtown Kansas City will only take minutes once on the highway. In addition to the accessible location, The Blackstone will provide guests with a beautifully designed mid century modern home with a large floor plan that includes two separate living rooms, comfortable beds and furniture along with a full list of amenities. The home also features a large fenced in backyard and outdoor seating which is perfect for enjoying the outdoors!



Guest will have access to full home except the garage during their stay.

EXTENDED STAY NOTICE: Reservations exceeding 21 nights are subject to an additional $32 damage protection fee for each additional 21 nights of the reservation. Any applicable fees will be billed separately after booking.



IDENTITY VERIFICATION: To confirm your reservation, the primary guest is required to complete a brief identity verification process, including uploading a valid government-issued photo ID. Verification must be completed prior to check-in.



*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.



*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.



*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.



*PETS - We do not allow pets in this home. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.



*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
