« Large room, comfy bed, good water pressure in shower. Easy to find. However, breakfast isn’t available til 7:00 am, the A/C was loud (but effective) and the general area invites loud vehicles/ motorcycles that rev and race til after midnight. Better windows may have helped with that. »

« It was sub par for a hotel wasn't the cleanest but its older so can't expect much. Very overpriced for the uncomfortable beds and pillows also this is our second time staying that someone walked in before the checkout time first time was housekeeping second time im not sure who it was. Won't be back if we don't have to be. »

« I checked in, went to the room and used the bathroom. The problem was the water was shut off to the hotel as they were working on the boiler. This would have been useful information for the receptionist to provide while I was checking in. »

« There was a stong musty mildew odor coming from the air conditioner. There were also roaches in the room »

« We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund »

« As a Diamond member, we expect a quality experience at any Hilton location. Not only did the front desk agent give us the worst room, the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were inedible. When we spoke to a waiter, she became defensive. One waiter actually exhibited the level of customer service we are accustomed to having. A housekeeper rudely interrupted our rest around 9:30am, banging on the door with a screwdriver or heavy-duty pen only to ask if we were checking out. We could hear...
