Quiet and serene with multiple wildlife meandering through the property, well maintain trails leading to forest and creeks, and a fast sky with plenty of stars. Josh handy is a great host who communicates well and is responsive to the needs of his guests. Altogether lovely I would definitely do it again. »

The grass needed to be mowed and there were some electrical issues, a lamp in the bedroom had a short in it, the wall outlets did not all work, outside lights in back by fire pit didnât work. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. « David was very responsive. We had a situation that came up with the house and when I called he immediately handled the issue. The house is very cute and cozy. It was my mom and I which we were there to visit the Ark and museum. Everything was great. I would recommend bringing food as there are not many options for eating. »

« If you want some space and want to be close to the Ark, this place is perfection. So clean and quiet. Every detail was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely do this stay again! There are many cabins on the property, so it could be fun for larger groups too. »

« Excellent option less than 2 miles from the Ark Encounter with easy access to the property right off the highway and convenient parking right in front of each unit. Wife loved the cute tiny home and it had plenty of room with 2 bed, 2 baths, kitchen and living area. Sheets and towels immaculately clean. Washer dryer fridgeâŠcoffee and tea provided. So much better than a hotel! »
