« Everything about this hotel was excellent! We stayed here after our mt Fuji climb and it was exactly what we needed to get a good nights rest, onsen, and a filling breakfast. Most definitely recommend! »

« Chambre vraiment trop petite. Aucune possibilité d’ouvrir les valises convenablement. Et surtout de les ranger puisqu’il était impossible de les mettre sous le lit. C’est dommage de ne pas prévoir une hauteur de lit suffisamment importante pour ranger les valises en dessous. L’hôtel est un peu isolé et malheureusement ne propose même pas de service de restauration pour le soir. Il pleuvait et nous n’avions même pas pu manger quelque chose le soir sans reprendre un taxi. « L’hôtel est bien situé mais vieillissant. Il est à rafraîchir pour retrouver de la modernité. Par ex aucune prise USB ou USBC. Mobilier tres old school. Les onsens sont bien mais là aussi, les infrastructures mériteraient d’être retravaillées (porte des toilettés défectueuse par exemple). On y va pour la vue. »

« We are a family of four and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. If you have a rental car, it’s easy to drive to restaurants and close to the outlet. All rooms face the mountain so if you are there at the perfect time of the day, you will have the full view of the mountain. Facilities were small but good and clean. »

« First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. It’s a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again. »
