Wonderful Home in a Fanatastic location

This was a wonderful place to reunite my family fir a ski trip. The place was well outfitted and the game room was a big hit. We loved the hot tub as it was so convenient and private. The location was so convenient and the neighborhood woodsy.

Perfect family getaway with friends

The home was perfect for our vacation with our friends and all of our kids. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The game room and backyard was perfect to keep the kids entertained. The home was nicely decorated and had plenty of extra towels, blankets, kitchen ware and pantry items. We enjoyed having the option of either gas fireplace or wood stove options for heat and ambiance. The living room TV could also swivel to the kitchen. The hot tub was a nice amenity after skiing and the garage had sleds as well! The property manager was kind and provided information ahead of time and was available by text. We did not need anything but it was nice knowing they were a text away.

Wonderful stay!! Clean, well stocked, convenient location in a great little neighborhood! Our kids (ranging 10 to 7) loved the game room and backyard! Property manager was quick to respond and very communicative! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with rustic feel

The property was as advertised. We had everything we needed to prepare meals and lounge around comfortably. The location is easily accessible and convenient to fairfield, just 10 minutes to downtown. We had a great stay.

Great family vacation

This property had everything we needed and then some. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was very well equipped, backyard was perfect for winding down around the fire pit. As advertised and would definitely recommend this property for a family vacation.

Amazing cabin!

Quiet retreat

This was our first visit to Pagosa springs and I can’t imagine a better location. The house had plenty of room and the game room was an added bonus to keep our kiddos entertained while we enjoyed the other amenities of the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

My family and I stayed at this property for 7 days. We loved it here. It was kind of a centered location around all of the places that we wanted go. This place was very accommodating and clean. We loved how the back yard had a privacy fence and we loved the hot tub and the fire pit. My 5 year old son, his favorite thing about this place was the fooseball table, he loved this cabin so much he cried when we were leaving. Everyone was friendly and we even made friends with one of the neighbors. I don't really have any complaints about this place if I had to say one thing it would be that the beds were not the most comfortable but that is just a matter of preference. We hope to definitely be back to this property again.

Our Favorite Cabin in Pagosa Springs!

We love to stay at River Rock cabin any chance we get! It is perfect for our family of 7. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. We love the big back yard for the kids, the hot tub, the game room, and the nearby rec center. The beds are comfortable and the cabin is tastefully furnished. Thank you for sharing vour little slice of Heaven with our family! Great memories were made here!

Awesome weekend away

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. The configuration of the bedrooms in the house were prime for a group of couples/friends. Our only concern was the hot tub chemicals may have been a bit off. Our skin burned and tingled while using the hot tub and after.

Feb Ski Trip

I was very happy with our stay at your property. The house was clean, well stocked, everything seemed to work, beds were comfortable, nice entertainment options, and the hot tub was wonderful. My only complaint is the check in procedure. Check in is accomplished by entering your code at 4:00 PM or after - not a minute early. I get it, you don't want people coming really early if they didn't pay for it, you don't want the cleaning crew to be rushed, etc... But from my perspective, flying in to DRO which has a limited number of flight choices put me about 4 hours early. We tried to "waste" time but still ended up at the house at 3:30 and just had to sit in the driveway for 30 minutes. Kinda lame. In fairness, the check in directions explicitly stated we would not be able to check in before 4PM. Overall, Great experience

Great home for the family

This home had everything we needed. We cooked every dinner and breakfast here and had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a nice treat for the younger family members. The neighborhood was nice and the neighbors across the street were friendly. Overall a wonderful property. Cozy Cabin

River Rock Cabin is our choice when we visit Pagosa Springs with the family! Our family loves the private backyard with the firepit, the hottub, the swing, and the cornhole game. The cabin is comfortable and well stocked with everything you will need! The comfortable beds and blankets are so appreciated. The kids love the game room and the little play room with the tent. The cabin is situated close to all the stores and restaurants. We love to visit the hot springs, parks, community pool, roast s'mores in the backyard, watch for wildlife, go on hikes, and cook family meals together during our stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful cabin in this little slice of Heaven,
