« The stay was fantastic. Just one issue was the lack of response from the emergancey contact number on the hotels.com confirmation email.....when we could not get in the property, and the key was not in the key safe!.....still waiting for an answer to our call & text.....very poor. We managed to find the key, and text the owners, who replied promptly and were lovely. »

« Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...

« Lovely apartment, it is as good as the photos. The icing on the cake was being able to pick fruit in the orchard and playing pool and darts in the communal games room. Plus there were other families staying so our daughter was able to find playmates. »

« Great location for a wander down into Kingsbridge for breakfast before heading out for the day. Close to the places we wanted to visit. Property extremely clean and modern. I hadn’t really realised the impact of the slanted roof so Chris banged his head a few times! We felt next time we would happily pay the bit extra to stay in one of your bigger properties so we have windows, an outlook and more ventilation.
