Hôtel près de Palais des glaces Ripley's Marvelous Mirror Maze, Gatlinburg, Gatlinburg

« The place is clean and very well maintained. The staff inside was helpful and friendly. Parking outside is terrible, no directions on where to go. The driveway was full of cars waiting. The outside valet was rude and yelled at my daughter while she was in the vehicle wanting her to move it while she couldn’t. I was waiting in line to check in for 15 minutes. Not sure I’d be back, shouldn’t treat guests this way !!!! Been to a lot of hotels and this was a first really bad...

« The room was very clean. Excellent location, convenient to the downtown area. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying again when visiting the area. »

« Excellent staff, delicious breakfast, at a great location just minutes from Main Street. Definitely will come again. »

« Nice hotel, however Not worth the price and adding a resort fee on top of that. 26% tax in the restaurant and bar is horrible. We visit Gatlinburg often and will not return to this hotel. »

« Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« While planning my recent trip to Gatlinburg, I changed my mind about the hotel several times before deciding on this one. This Comfort location just opened two years ago so I figured it'd be a good choice, and for the most part it was. It's about a third of a mile from the strip, so a bit of a trek to the strip but not a huge one. But if you're like me and walk a lot it can make for a rough day on the feet. The staff are very friendly. I didn't have many interactions with them, but when I did...

« Un peu excentré du ville du coup très calme donc top. Car le centre ville est très animé le soir. Le Trolley du village y passe. Chambre propre et fonctionnel. Bref je recommande. »

« Jacuzzi hors d usage, dommage, mais cela peut arriver »

« Beautiful view, delicious breakfast, really nice hotel »

« Everything was comfortable. »

« We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Un hôtel très agréable situé au bord d’une rivière à 2 pas de la rue principale de Gatlinburg. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous avons eu une grande chambre avec 1 lit queen size. Une salle de baignoire. Frigo et micro-ondes Propre et spacieux. Inclus le petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Nous recommandons si vous souhaitez decouvrir le Great Smoky Mountains NP »
