-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through Airbnb

-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-External contract to be signed through Guesty guest portal

-Non-Abnb/HVMB cancellations incur a non-refundable 5% processing fee. Full refunds per policy will be 95%.

-Transponders not provided front gate entry only
