Absolutely Fantastic!

I recently stayed at this property for 4 nights, and I can't say enough great things about the entire experience! Jared, Kristina, and the team are amazing, communicate perfectly, and made the check-in process seamless. The property is EXACTLY as advertised, no gimmicks or trick photos here. It's stunning inside! Looks like it was just renovated and was spotlessly clean when I arrived! The master bedroom is an oasis with a large comfortable bed, and fabulous master bathroom with dual shower. The absolute best part was stepping out of bed, taking 10 steps, and being in the pool first thing in the morning. Honestly, it was like a dream setup. The pool is great, with enough room to swim a bit, but also a nice platform to lay on, and a hot tub on the opposite side. I spent SO much time in the pool! Overall, it is a 5 star property, no question about it. I will definitely be staying again!

Great pool, hot tub and location

The home was beautifully decorative, comfortable and great flow. The beds were very comfortable. The back yard was an oasis, pool was perfect and the back hedges allowed for some shade while in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great location to downtown area, shopping and grocery. Definitely recommend this property.

Poolside splendor at its finest

We loved the midmod decor and the beautifully appointed backyard. Great views, comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture, and TVs in every bedroom made for a luxurious vacation. Modern kitchen with Keurig as well as traditional coffeepot. Check-in was simple and last day cleanup requests were some of the easiest we've encountered with rentals (start the dishwasher, take out the trash, and put the beach towels in the washing machine) and took us less than 5 minutes. Very refreshing compared to some places that ask you to strip the beds, etc. The house manual had great restaurant and activity recommendations as well.

Amazing place!

The house is amazing, it is completely renovated and specious. It has everything you wish during the stay. We love backyard, from pool and jacuzzi to dinning/lounge areas. Special Thanks to the management for their prompt response for any questions arise. Certainly, we'll consider this lovely place or book through them for any future vacations! Fantastic get-away

My family and I had an amazing time at the property, which was completely as advertised. The home was an amazing retreat with the backyard pool and lounging areas. The property is very well equipped and comfortable for a family of five or six. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely perfect rental

Stayed here with my family for a week over Christmas. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED it. Home looks exactly like the pics inside and out. Very spacious. Very comfortable. Huge kitchen. Awesome pool and hot tub. Most Unprofessional Property Manager - Privacy Violated

The property itself is well appointed and as pictured. The property manager, however, was a nightmare. We rent in Palm Springs several times a year, and we have never had any problems with property managers or with rentals. The property manager ruined our stay. It's clear from our experience that the manager monitors the property with Nest Cameras. She explained that they were turned off while guests are staying there, but the green light on the camera indicated we were being monitored throughout our stay. The second day of our stay, guests staying at the house arrived and I didn't have a chance to review the rules - no amplified sound outside. My cousin brought a speaker outside and played music at low levels for maybe 5 minutes. I was inside changing into my swimsuit when I got a call from the property manager. She was hysterically screaming at me, saying I was ridiculous for violating the rules. She spoke to me like if I was a child, she was so unprofessional and belittling. She threatened me saying the compliance patrol was on the way to the property to kick us out. I tried to explain to her that these were new guests that had just arrived and I hadn't had a chance to orient them to the rules. I apologized and immediately asked the guests to turn off the music. However, she continued screaming and insulting me. I had to cut the conversation because she made me feel so stressed and scared. The music was not loud enough for anyone outside the property to hear. It is clear that she saw the speaker through the Nest Camera. She was monitoring us and violating our privacy. If you value your privacy - do not stay at this property or any other property managed by Louisa.

My wife wants to go back.....

Honestly, the images do not really do the place justice. It is simple, not cluttered, trendy in a 40's/50's kind of way, and clean. My wife, two college freshman daughters, and I completely enjoyed the home AND the pool. Corn Hole and Ping Pong in addition to the pool. THREE king size beds. Finally, someone who gets it! Spacious kitchen. The property manager, Louisa, was perfect, enjoyable, and very responsive. The only drag (which is NOT the fault of the owners or PM) is the Palm Springs restriction and curfew of 10 pm. I understand the reasoning for it and abided by it, but it seems like the locals around us did not.

Lovely spot!

We loved the house, it is beautifully designed and very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The view of the mountains from the pool and the gorgeous yard was lovely. The outdoor furniture was great and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and when we found something lacking it was easy to take a quick trip to Ralph’s market to find what we needed (like a salad spinner). The kitchen had shard chefs knives (a must!) and plenty of spices to use as well as olive oil and vinegars. It was a beautiful, quiet oasis which was exactly what we were looking for. We paid to have the pool heated, though it never seemed to get as warm as we were hoping despite Louisa getting it to 87. But when it’s plenty hot out, a pool is a pool is a pool. The only other detractor was the camera in the backyard, which mitigated the feeling of privacy. But when the umbrellas are up it didn’t really matter. I think we’d stay here again!

Mid-Century Oasis

Loved pretending this was our home during our short getaway! It was spacious with plenty of room for us and our two kids. We all loved the heated pool and the hubby and I were impressed by the smart decor. The kitchen was fabulous. The proximity to the airport was also a plus. Can't wait to return!

Perfection...

First it all started with the incredible property manager, Louisa. My family and I had booked a different home and were met with a freezing cold pool even though we’d paid to have it heated during our stay. We were there to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday and coming from Utah a sunny pool is all he really wanted. Needless to say I decided to look at another rental. It was slim pickings, but somehow we scored this incredible home. Louisa went out of her way to make our transition painless as possible. It was perfection! The home is beautifully remodeled but they kept the MCM look and feel that makes Palm Springs so unique. The pool is super updated and if you’re going on winter months the hot tub gets so toasty! There’s a great seating area, great little yard and an awesome fire table. All in all this will for sure be our go-to moving forward. Thank you again, Louisa.

Amazing stay!

First, Louisa is an amazing host. She was so responsive and attentive and made the check in process so easy. We had to extend our stay due a delay in our flight and Louisa was so responsive and accommodating. The back yard gets a perfect combination of sun and shade and it’s extremely private. The house was impeccably clean with very comfortable furnishings. We felt like we were in our own little paradise. Highly recommend!!

The feel of a true getaway!

Loved the decor! Leaned into the Mid-Century vibe without going overboard. There were nice flourishes and surprises that kept it updated and modern. Having the pool and patio area to relax in was great. Especially while sipping on a cocktail! All and all, a great set up for getting you into the Ring-a-Ding-Ding vibe! Would definitely stay here again.
