A perfect PS house!

My friends and I stayed at the Yellow Palm over NYE and it was absolutely perfect. The house is gorgeous and spacious. We even returned a few weeks later. The pool area is so relaxing snd check in was the easiest it could be. We would definitely stay here again!

Sweet Palm Springs stay!

This house works well for a large group or family. The outdoor area is the star- the pool, fire pit and lounge spaces are great and indoors, there’s space for everything one could need. Not luxurious but good for a relaxed and fun gathering!

Lovely Stay

Tania was a great host. Responsive and thoughtful. The house was such a great space, beautiful and an easy drive to downtown and anything else we needed. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone else looking for a relaxing space with a lot of room to relax and spend time.

I wanted a nice place to celebrate my mom's retirement, and this place was perfect. Everything from check-in to check out was a breeze, the owners were great, and very responsive. The property was clean, organized spacious and the heated pool was perfection. Thank you for the memories!!!

The Yellow Palm

Overall the place was great and accurate to description. Seemed a little pricier than others for being so far from downtown. Communication was a little confusing between VRBO and property management company and individual manager but after confirming preferred communication method Tania was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing stay!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this place. We are a family of four and the kids loved staying here as much as we did. The best thing we enjoyed as a family was being in the heated pool and enjoying the lovely views and vistas. The house itself is fully stocked for everything you need for a family. The decor has been done very tastefully, and Rohit and Tania were excellent hosts. This place deserves five stars for just being so clean. That’s my pet peeve usually, so we really loved staying in a clean and beautifully decorated house! We will be coming back!

The Yellow Palm was great! Looks just like the pictures. We loved that it was nice and close to downtown, the pool was wonderful heated, and the kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking for a group. Very clean too. The house was surprisingly quiet inside for being right under the flight path. Since we had kids with us, we especially appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedrooms and door alarms for doors leading to the pool. All the requirements to book felt like a bit much (and note some are city requirements, not the hosts) but it ended up being a great stay.

Aesthetically pleasing house

The pictures matched the house! The decor was aesthetically pleasing. My cousins loved the rooms they stayed in. The kitchen was well labeled and very clean. The guys enjoyed hanging out in the living room. The backyard is gorgeous with great privacy. The check in and out process was very easy. The location of the house is perfect. Although we had a car, we Uber’d once to the restaurant and club for only $11. The airport was only 7 minutes away.

Perfect Stay!

Our stay at the Yellow Palm was perfect! Exactly as expected. From the adults to the kids everyone enjoyed their time at the house and we look forward to staying there again. Everything was clean, organized and very comfortable. We requested to have the pool heated, and it was totally worth it for us. The pool toys and games made it extra fun for the kids and adults alike. You can hear the planes flying overhead, it's not bad at all and the windows in the rooms were perfect at blocking it out. Tania was always responsive and great at following up when needed. I would definitely recommend it! :)

Rohit and Tania are fantastic hosts! The house was perfect for me and my friends, and it was the best way to celebrate my birthday weekend. Tania even had some delicious pastries sent to the house when I mentioned it was my birthday. Loved every second of it!

Amazing!

The Yellow Palm is as nice or nicer than the photos posted. We enjoyed spending our weekend at the house. Everything is super clean, organized, and labelled. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The house is nicely decorated with lots of fun Palm Springs touches. The outdoor space was also great. There was an extra fee to heat the pool so we decided no to. It was refreshing but the perfect temp for us on the hot weekend. The pool toys were great, as was the bocce ball and corn hole games. We'd definitely rent here again!

Amazing Labor Day Weekend

Thank you Tania & Rohit for such an amazing Labor Day Weekend stay! Our family of 8 had a great time. House was clean & decorated with the cutest details. It was fully stocked with everything we needed & was the best space for our large family. Although conveniently close to everything, we spent almost all our time in the house. As expected, pool was perfect for the weather but what made it even more enjoyable were the pool toys offered to us. Tania was quick to respond to any questions we had. Check-in & check-out were easy as well. If ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again! :)

Gorgeous House

Came for a 4th of July weekend getaway and this airbnb was perfect! Gorgeous house with great pool and games for friends and family. The pool really made our stay worth it! Rooms were clean and the space was amazing. Definitely recommend staying here and we’ll be back again.

Great place.

Great place for a family! We enjoyed a birthday getaway and upon arrival were surprised with a lovely basket of delicious pastries along with a birthday note -- such a kind gesture! The pool and backyard are great and we spent most of our time there. The spacious dining area is great for dinner and the location is central to all of PS offerings. Definitely recommend!
