Property was lovely however there are areas that are showing a bit of wear and tear - particularly the pool and hot tub which would benefit from some renovation.Area was great, out of the windy parts of Palm Springs and garden area was very quiet and private due to great plant screening. Some information about the local area would be a great addition, even a visitor book where guests could make recommendations to other guests for attractions, things to visit and restaurant and bars. Another great addition would be some bikes to allow guests from out of the USA to be able to cycle around the area as it so flat suitable for cycling - this is something I experienced in another Palm Springs property.Would have been nice for a quick contact from the host to ensure everything was OK and check if we needed anything, particularly as we had issues with the email as we were from the UK and didn't have a USA phone package.

Perfect Relaxation Spot

We were looking for a combination of relaxation, outings, and family time-this location offered it all. Immediately upon walking into the house, it has such a peaceful and secluded vibe. It is spacious, very well-designed, and I never heard any neighbors. It felt like our own quiet retreat. The host was always responsive and helpful with any questions. The location is convenient to shopping, the airport, and downtown. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and hot tub, used the outdoor bbq, and made somemores at the outdoor fire pit. The home and kitchen was well-appointed with everything you might need. The outdoor patio was such a relaxing spot, with comfortable chairs/ couches and a table for dining outside. The beds were very comfortable. The house and the location were both everything we hoped for, and we plan to return. We can’t imagine a house or location more perfect.

Was a perfect place for 3 couples as there are 3 similar sized bedrooms, each with en-suites. Outdoor space is fantastic and house was clean with everything we needed. We will definitely rent again.

Had a great stay. Keith was responsive and accommodating. We asked for early checkin and he was happy to help. Beautiful property. Great amenities. Floats for the pool, fire pit, outdoor shower, Peoton bike and some weights, private, great kitchen stuff and tvs in all rooms. Suggest a dresser in the walk in closet bedroom. Great location. Walked to some places. Easy Uber to downtown. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the location and the 3 bedrooms (with king beds) and separate bathrooms. Wasn't as clean as we would have hoped. Things like the oven, BBQ grill, baseboards, etc. were a bit grimy.

Downtime in Deepwell for a Desert refresher!

Excellent vacation/remote work at this beautiful house! Great location central to everything worth doing in PS! There are 3 Large King Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each one is so well equipped that it is to hard to say that one is the primary. You and your family or guests will be very comfortable! The linens and towels in this house are exceptionally good quality. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Kevin was a delight to work with! The kitchen is well appointed. The furniture and furnishings inside and outside are very comfortable! We used the peloton several times and the computer monitor in our bedroom was a game changer for working from home during our months long stay! It rained several days and we appreciated the games, puzzles and books in the house! My only suggestion is that since the house comfortably accommodates 6 people that there should be 6 lounge chairs by the pool and 6 chairs at the kitchen table. Aside from that PERFECT, we hope to return next year!!

We had a no kids weekend with friends and the place worked out great! Beautiful area and house, lots of the kitchen basics were present so it was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. While staying, we saw lots of what Palm Springs has to offer. The home is Close to groceries and restaurants. This house is an easy 40 minute Commute to Coachella (PowerTrip) along 111 WiFi speed was 30 mbps / 30+ mbps (so work from “home” is very possible here.) 5 stars!

Wonderful place!!

Hi - this is a great, well-laid out villa for couples to share on a long weekend trip. Pool area amazing and everything was clean. Even though we didn’t use the Peleton, that was a great feature! 10/10 for the backyard pool and lounge area with the fire pit and misters. As with PS villas, no music outdoors, but it keeps things serene. Great communication by management as well!

AMAZING property

We loved loved loved this house for our family of five. The back yard is lovely at all hours of the day with misters, shaded patio, fire pit, grill and outdoor shower. The pool and spa are really nice. Kitchen was big and well stocked. The decor is really well done with a great attention to detail. The neighborhood is really nice and we loved walking our dog at night and looking at all the uplit landscaping and houses. Keith was very responsive and easy to work with and checkout was just lock up the house and leave.

Great house but….

House if fabulous. But when we arrived only 1/2 of the heat in the house was working. One bedroom and kitchen were warm, but the rest of the house was very cold (it was in the 40s at night). We ran the fireplace 24/7 and that helped, one space heater in one room made it a little better, but the space heater in the 3rd bedroom blew a circuit and no one came out to fix it before we left. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again if everything was up and functioning.
