Cabanes à Palo Pinto

« My wife and I enjoyed our stay! We planned to fish, didn't get alot bites however, the property was equipped with kayaks that we used to navigate the lake which was really fun! We paddled to other fishing areas where we did get some bites! The cabins was clean and comfy, we had no issues with the amenities! The owner was responsive when we reached out. They even had a little welcome basket that we really appreciated! The mercantile shop nearby was very useful, they had everything you could need....

« Not what we expected. Although they let us check in a couple hours early, there were a couple things wrong. My husband even called the day before check in and asked if there was a kitchen and was told by a lady that yes there was a kitchen in our cabin. When we got to the cabin, there was only a mini fridge and microwave…..a stove is what makes it a kitchen. So we didn’t bring a griddle. There are 4 cabins with only 2 outdoor grills and they were being used all the time by the cabins directly in...

« Great view and the beds were clean and comfortable. They have towels, body wash, and dish soap. The stove top only had one burner that could be used making it difficult to cook. There was some dishes but I recommend bringing your own cooking utensils and dishes. The power went out most of the day and it didn’t come back on until late evening. The cabin was very dirty and the cabinets smelled terrible. There was a broken ladder on the bunk bed and the bathroom was dirty as well. »

« It is very convenient when fishing PK and it is nice having a dock with power you can use at no extra charge. There is also a boat ramp you can use for free as a guest. The staff at the store are all super nice and friendly. The cabin itself is OK: Price is high considering what it is.. it is very dated and pretty rough inside. It is “bare bones” and not the place to bring the wife for a couples tournament. It is fine for guys used to tents and hunting cabins: if it was 100 a night it would be...

« We had a wonderful stay at this cabin on the water! Boat slip, ramp and gas station all conveniently located near the cabin! The AC worked great and the mini fridge was a plus. There were some things that needed a little cleaning when we got there but… it’s the lake. Felt it was a great value for the price. Communication was excellent and check in was a breeze! Would definitely stay again. »
