« The condo was very spacious, plenty of room for our party of 5. Very close to the beach which was great. There is a restaurant at the hotel and the food was very good. However, any other restaurants were about a 20 minute walk. We ate at some places at Atlantis which were great but very expensive! Our condo was in much need of updating/renovating/repairs. « The property is located on Paradise Island and has good beach access. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is in great shape. Units have an exterior patio. The interiors appear to be1980's vintage with steel circular staircases to the next floor. There is a restaurant onsite but I don't believe it is owned or managed by Sunrise Beach. The food is ok but the service was slow, even by local standards. The furniture is utilitarian -- but all was in pretty good shape. This is not a "luxury"...
