« The family that stayed was a single Mom with young children and when we booked, we had no idea that the house is actually shared with a single man! It caused a very uncomfortable situation when she opened a door, thinking it was the pantry and discovered it opened into this man's room. Definitely not ok. I would not recommend staying here unless you are good with a stranger sharing the house with you. »

« The property was sufficient for our purpose while visiting our son at ASU. Overall, relatively clean, well-stocked and quiet. Decorated cute and bed was comfortable. The exterior grounds could use a little TLC. Wall unit air conditioner dripped on us in bed throughout the night so the bed and pillows were very wet in the morning. »

« The condo was functional and clean, with updated kitchen, low and comfortable beds/bedding. The beds were so well made that they never came undone. The kitchen appliances worked well and basic dishware, and utensils were provided. We had the most trouble with water utilities in the kitchen and bathrooms - poor flow and tight faucet handles.
