« We stayed during a hail storm that disabled the satellite TV. It also toppled a tree that hit a car in the parking lot. None of that was the fault of the hotel or the staff, but it resulted in the morning staff being overwhelmed by the number of people who needed assistance. There was a single desk worker who was being pulled in multiple directions trying to serve everyone. He was stressed out, but remained professional and friendly in spite of it all.
