« Property did not live up to the photos we saw. The property was freezing when we went in and there was no thermostat to control temperature. Only a couple space heaters. After communicating with Vacasa, we learned the unit above us is where the owners live and they control the heat. They told us they would try to get in touch with them but that is ridiculous to even think we can’t control our own temperature. We had no results and left the property and checked into a hotel Friday evening. Will...
