„Der Checkin war schnell und reibungslos. Das Zimmer im 14. Stock mit schönen Blick über Polanco, entsprechend einem Hotel dieser Kategorie. Allerdings wurde der Aufenthalt extrem getrübt durch einen kompletten Ausfall der Wasserversorgung. Von 09:00 bis 11:30 am Sonntag gab es im ganzen Hotel kein Wasser. Wir mussten ungewaschen frühstücken, da um 12:00 checkout ist, hatten wir ziemlich Stress, damit wir wenigstens einigermassen pünktlich, sauber geduscht das Hotel verlassen konnten. “

The suite was spacious and street noise was kept to a very tolerable minimum. Guests must bring coffee filters for drip coffee but happily Nepresso is supplied.“
