« Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go. »

« Property is located north of center city in a neighborhood of mostly small businesses.
Building and grounds look clean from the outside. Easy access from 301. Room was a good size with new beds, fridge, micro and TV. Walls were noticeably dirty and need fresh paint. No clothes rod or hooks. Tiny bath was sub-standard with mis-matched & patched ceramic tile. No electric outlets in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Tiny sink top had numerous cigarette burns and stains. Tiny 36 x 36 stall...
