Amazing hospitality, really easy access to the slopes (you can walk 1 minute to the lift), but they also went out of their way to drive us to and from the slopes on the 3 days we were there. « We stayed here and were impressed with the service. It is primarily a ski hotel and we needed to transport our baggage down the slope at an early hour...the staff willingly did it by tobaggan. This is a traditional japanese hotel...witg futons and communal bathing area which was fun to experience. Snow monkeys were fun to see. »

« Good location central to the Shiga Kogen ski fields. Down a driveway and across the road to the lifts. Excellent service, the team were exceptional. Food was good and the lounge area around the fireplace was a great spot to relax after a long day. The hotel itself like many in the area is in need of an update but was perfect for us. »
