« The room had no coffee cups. There is no ice machine around. The hot tub was not clean and they have a huge open trash can next to it with no lid. There are no chairs to sit in by the hot tub to dry off. There is only one small trash pail in the bathroom and that’s for the entire room. We stayed 3 nights per our reservation and never had anyone come to clean the room or distribute clean towels. There is no one to talk to about the room issues as it is all done online. I found a maid one morning...
