Everyone always says location is the most important thing; however, I feel when you are staying at a hotel that cleanliness is the most important, followed by location. Bearskin Lodge has both. « This hotel charges $14.95 per night for PARKING!.. This was not included in the total cost of the room when I booked. I was given a paper to sign at check in and told I owed an additional fee. Keep in mind this is per night. This can add up quickly when staying for a long weekend. Another guest told me this was new and he has been staying at this hotel for over five years and never had to pay until now. The hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was good. I only rated this hotel a 4 stars...

« Nice place was exactly what I pictures showed. Only problems were they didn’t disclose lounge was closed for season until after booked and fire pits were not turned on. Would stay again. Walking distance from the strip(wouldn’t walk down the hill it’s on) but far enough and isolated from the busy area, weird how both things can be true. Feels like a cabin in the woods with hotel amenities. »

« Hotel was good, everything was as expected. Drain in bathtub was broken so my toddler couldn’t take a real bath, but that wasn’t a huge deal, just had to shower. Check in staff was okay, check out staff was very friendly. The location is EXCELLENT! Walked to everything. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »

« Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« This was our second stay at this motel in a week as we were very impressed with our first stay. Very clean and friendly staff. There is construction on updating rooms however this did not impact our stay. Work is done during daytime and noise was not an issue. Great location and ease of walking to the main strip is convenient »
