The rooms were clean, but the bed& other furniture placement left little room for one person to get in/off the bed. The bathroom sink in one of the rooms was clogged. « I seldom complete reviews but the stark contrast between the attractiveness of this hotel and room (balcony, hot tub, fireplace) and the comfort of the mattress was stark. After hiking over 14 miles in the mountains, the mattress still felt like sleeping on the ground. I expect a better mattress from Hilton. »

« The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way. »

« As a historic property there are some limitations on space and amenities. Nevertheless, the property is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and quite convenient. What really makes it special is its warm and welcoming staff. This includes those who prepare an enjoyable breakfast buffet each morning. »

« Even if it’s a lodge, motel, hotel, resort…the main thing that need to be on the top priority of the establishment is the actual confort of sleeping. That being said, the 11pm curfew for the noise level is kind of ridiculous when you are trying to get some rest. I won’t suggest this place to no one. »
