« We had the Best stay! The king room with balcony overlooking the creek is highly recommended. From check-in to check-out… staff was great! The fire pits were phenomenal and the hotel is walkable and close to strip. Must stay! »

« Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Il est assez proche du Parkway et nous y sommes allés à pieds. La chambre est très grande et donne sur la rivière. C’est calme et les lits sont confortables. Les parties communes mériteraient une rénovation. Le petit déjeuner est bien »

« This was our first stay at River Edge Inn. The accommodations were clean and in good condition. The bed was so comfortable (probably my favorite part.) The water could be hotter but that’s just a personal preference. The location is great- short walk to the main strip. Check in and check out were quick and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. »

« The pool and splash park were a huge hit! The beds are comfy and the faculty near and clean. I am IMPRESSED with the front desk staff. Everyone was amazing Helpful and friendly. We will be back!!! »

« Staff throughout the hotel were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast staff were rude and not helpful. Would have been nice if healthy food would have been offered (i.e fruit or yogurt). Parking is always a little rough when you have large trucks. It would have been nice to know about the $15 per night packing fee. That was new to us. Overall a good place to stay very convenient to the strip and walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. »

« Les chambres ont une double exposition, un balcon côté rivière, et une fenêtre côté route hyper passante. Le bruit est 24/24 h. Malgré une touche de rénovation les chambres sont tristes et ce n’est rien du couloir les desservant. La piscine est sinistre. Le petit déjeuner est moyen et le personnel peu aimable. Je regrette mon choix, il y a certainement mieux. Les deux points positifs sont le parking et le balcon avec ses deux fauteuils. »

Breakfast was fresh and far better than expected. Every interaction felt genuine, and I left feeling relaxed and well cared for. I’d gladly stay again. »

« The staff was excellent and the location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel. »
