« Quaint, clean property with easy access to city center, public transportation and local neighborhoods. Excellent communication from the manager made check in a breeze. Wished we had more time to take advantage of the locale and see more of the area. »

« This was a very clean and comfortable stay in a great location. It is above a few floors above a bar, but even on a Friday night we were able to leave the window open and there was not enough noise to bother us. Only issue we had was checking in, but only because we got there after 6pm. We had to haul our bags a few blocks to get our keys, but the host had very clear instructions. Would stay again! »

« This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend! »

« Tout bien à l’exception de n’avoir aucun endroit où ranger vêtements à suspendre, ce qui est très désagréable. »

« I arrived at the airport (19:30) and I call to the number in the reservation and I explained that I received the link with a missing parts (broken link *I have a screen shot of this! in case they need it) to open or enter to the building and also to the room so they told me that they will send another one so I believe it and I was in a dinner with a customer so I arrived at 23hrs 30 to the building so in my email wasn't any email so I call one more time and they request me the same information...

« The location and layout were incredible, however, there was a weird smell during our entire stay. The showerhead was also not installed all the way, so it didn't work as intended. It also wasn't the same listing as shown in the photo. »

« This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. We collected our keys from a key box located behind a metal grate opposite the reception, (which was open, people...

Tres bon hôtel, mais :....

"Impossible de joi.dre l'hôtel au telephone Plus de navette aéroport apres 23h, j'ai dû prendre un taxi Personne ne parle français Javais demandé une chambre maxi au 1er etage, je me suis retrouvé au 4eme. Je suis claustrophobe et ne prends pas les ascenseurs... A vol d'oiseau l'hôtel est propche du T4 aéroport mais il est impossible dy aller à pied ( rocade et autoroutes infranchissable à pied) et il faut 20mn en taxi ou navette bus. Sinon tres bel hôtel calme confortable, tres bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié. "
