« I booked a cabin, paid upfront, and they tried to put me in a motel room at the same price. They put someone else in my cabin, so finally they put me in a different one with no loft. The parking they suggested was not great, and the fan in the bathroom made weird noises. Whoever cleaned didn't check the coffee pot, where it looked like a science experiment was brewing. « The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. "I only stayed for a short time as I was travelling around Arizona on a motorcycle road trip, but it was exactly what I needed after a long day on the road. The hotel is very well located, especially if you are travelling towards Sedona, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The location was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was pleasant, but there were a few disappointing details. I was surprised that no complimentary bottled water was provided in the room, and the $25 parking fee also came as an unpleasant surprise. The hotel also has balconies, but smoking a cigar on them is not permitted. I completely understand having a non-smoking policy indoors, but it would have been nice to have a designated outdoor area where guests could enjoy a cigar. Having to go down to the parking area was not particularly pleasant or convenient. Overall, a good stay in a great location with beautiful mountain views, but a few details could be improved to make the experience feel more welcoming and better value for money."

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet enough to get a good night’s rest before getting back on the bike the next morning. The location was convenient, the hotel was well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and always available when needed. A very comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a clean and relaxing place to recharge while exploring Arizona."
