« Suite à une annulation de voyage, j’ai tenté de contacter l’hôte pour savoir si une annulation amiable était possible au vu des circonstances exceptionnelles. Je n’ai jamais réussi. Même hôtels.com a eu du mal à les joindre. Sans surprise, la réponse était négative. Pour autant, comme si de rien n’était, j’ai reçu un message whatsapp pour m’indiquer le check-in et s’étonnait de ne pas avoir de réponse de ma part.
