« Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The onsite EV chargers were conveniently located and accessible. At one point, we needed to charge our vehicle but both charging stations were in use. One of the vehicles was fully charged and when informed of this front desk staff contacted that guest about the issue and happily they almost immediately responded by disconnecting the charger and moving their car to open the charging space. « I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. « I never felt comfortable here. It’s the kind of place where dudes stand on the railing outside their room and smoke and play music. The exterior needs work and updates. The room was sufficient and clean but I kept waiting for bedbugs and roaches (only the latter appeared). There were dogs outside and barking by 6:45 am. It was cheap and convenient for one night, but I wouldn’t go back. The parking lot was FULL by the end of the day so I guess it’s well received enough to fill up. Your call! »
