« No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. « It's a very simple hotel, nothing too fancy, but the room was clean and warm, everything we needed was there. The self-checkin instructions were clear and timely. Nothing to complain about, we enjoyed our stay. »

My back hurt so bad in the morning same with my fiances back. The breakfast isnt what i would called the traditional continental breakfast. « When I first arrived on property I noticed how clean the lobby was and even commented on how good it smelt. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.
