The food the ladies cooked was amazing and we had leftovers for days. The beach is amazing and the Bus stops right in front of the hotel if you wanna go to the Cancun strip. „A place to relax not party, this is on the quieter part of the beach in the protected tourist area of Cancun. Views extend in both directions the entire length of the beach and also over the lagoon. That alone is worth the entire price!The beds and pillows (very important to us aging folks) were very comfortable. The furniture is a bit tired, but the owner is in the process of updating. „Great stay Abdiel and Tim were so helpful and answered all my questions during my familys annual vacation trip. One of the toilets stopped working and Abdiel got it fixed in minutes. Being able to rent bikes/scooters/ATVs directly from the hotel was reasonably priced and helpful. Location is enough removed from Tulum center to be more quiet but also convenient/accessible. Only real negative is the construction that was constantly ongoing throughout our stay.“
