« Very clean property. It was pretty hot during our stay and the A/C worked well. All linens were provided. Very comfy for the two of us and our small dog. We made breakfast each morning with provided farm fresh eggs! Thank you. There was also water in fridge to get us started. The yard was well kept and had a nice view. Great place to star gaze by the fire and close to Kinzua and Chapman State Park for kayaking. »

« When we arrived at the house on 7/11/2025 night we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the house looked! It was clean and roomy. My great grand daughter was so excited because she could investigate everything. The air conditioner was on so the house was cool . Which was great. The one and only issue, was not having a good supply of bath towels, kitchen towelsAnd wash clothes. We found that you having work done throughout the house. It was great and we all had comfortable sleep...

« We had a great vacation with our family. Got to see a few nice bull elk in the field across from the house so that was awsome. A very nice location »

« Zita was an amazing host !! The property was adorable with person attention to detail. You could tell it was an important part of her life. Everything was just as promised and more.Quick access to local sights. Zita was always helpful with questions Enjoyed the property and sitting by the campfire at night looking at the stars. Will definitely visit again. »

« Beautiful property. Very private and lots of land with great view. Loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the surroundings. It’s a great place for stargazing. Added bonus: The beds are really comfortable with high quality pillows. »

« Really cool old house with a great property. We had everything we needed. To those who complained about it not being clean or whatever: it's a 100 year old house, not The W Hotel. Old houses have old floors, fixtures, etc. that might show some wear. Most call this 'character'. We dug it, and if you approach it from the right perspective, you will to :) »

« Our first day there we had 3 large bull elk in the yard…we sat and watched them for about 40 mins. Home is very nice and well maintained and they had everything you needed right there. Enjoyed our stay very much! »
