« LOVED staying in this cozy cottage! I stayed by myself and everything was very neat and tidy. Seemed modern, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Sheets were COMFORTABLE I wish I took a picture of the tag. The only thing I did not like was that I was myself and a lil scared but the after the first night I got used to it and it felt like home. They had all the pots, pans, water filter, everything a normal home would have. »

« I hate writing bad reviews, but I felt I really needed to warn people. It was so very disappointing for a family reunion of 4 people who haven't seen each other in a while.The photo of the stairs to the main door shows a handrail, but there are stairs below that without any handrails. I am disabled, so this was difficult for me. The false advertising. Talks about spacious home, but doesn't tell you the basement is rented (Vrbo advertises this doesn't happen). Talks about enjoying fire pit and up...

« Over all we would stay there again but preferably in the upstairs house. Was a bit tight for 4 adults but would be fine for 2 or 3. Pros - Price. Easy to find, Close to lots of activities. Comfortable. Owners accommodated early check-in request. Felt safe. Negatives- Need better lighting at door to see the key pad and inside the apartment and in the laundry area (light wasn’t working at all) Ceiling fan doesn’t work. Main bedroom closet was full of storage items so not enough room for hanging...

« Great historic house! It was a nice quiet neighborhood, short distance from the the River Walk which we really enjoyed. We loved everything about our stay, really great up to date appliances. Definitely will stay again, when back in the area. »

« Very nice property. It was perfect for our stay. Four adults, 2 children and our 9 pound poodle. Nice amenities and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The game room was a great bonus for family visits. We would absolutely stay here agin. »
